To place an order you can send us an e-mail to place an item “ON HOLD”. E-mails should include the item number, brand name and the price. Please use the Order Form. This will allow you to print the form, complete the necessary information and email your order. We will send you our confirmation email immediately and set your item(s) aside for you. Terms of sale

After ordering, watches are marked “ON HOLD” . Watches will be marked “SOLD” as soon as payment has been received. Payment arrangements must be made within 24 hours. Goods will only be shipped after receipt or clearance of payment."

By placing an order you are led to the PayPal payment section. Please include the total costs of the product(s) and shipping costs including postal insurance. We only accept payment in Euro’s.

Shipping

After payment your watch will be shipped within 48 hours. We use TNT-Post. Shipping charges are 3% (including postal insurance).
If actual shipping charges differ significantly we will contact you. All shipments are professionally packaged. Packages are fully insured through the actual courier. As to International buyers: we are not responsible for duties charged to you by your country.

Guarantee

Our watches are vintage and pre-owned. Therefore, we cannot guarantee previous work on the watch, or that all components of the watch are original. However, we give an accurate description and that is exactly what you get. Watches come with a 6 month guarantee to function properly. This does not cover misuse or accidential dropping or water damage. If for any reason the watch is not working properly upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

Returns

All our watches are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Sales are final after this period. Returned items are shipped at the buyer’s expense and must be in the same condition as shipped from Amvira. Any item packaged or shipped incorrectly, or uninsured, will be the responsibility of the customer and damaged or lost goods will not be refunded.

Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
